We provide educational video-based courses primarily focused on Mathematics, designed for students aged 10 to 22 years. All courses are accessible online after successful payment via eSewa.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Payments

• All payments are processed securely via eSewa.
• Course access is granted only after successful payment confirmation.
• Prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once the course is purchased and access is granted. Please read course descriptions carefully before purchase.

6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, graphics, and texts are the property of Math Vision Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by copyright laws of Nepal. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share course content without written permission.

7. Limitations of Use
You may not:

• Share your login credentials with others
• Re-sell or publicly display course content
• Use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited activity

8. Subscription Period and Termination
The subscription period mentioned in the course refers to the maximum number of weeks. All access to the courses for classes 1 to 10 will remain at most till the last day of the last month of Nepali Calendar every year. All access to the courses for classes 11 and 12 will remain at most till the last day of the second month of Nepali Calendar every year. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we find any violation of these Terms, misuse of content, or fraudulent activity.

9. Disclaimers

• We do our best to ensure accurate and helpful content but do not guarantee guaranteed results or academic performance.
• The website may experience temporary downtime for maintenance or technical issues.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with the legal provisions of Nepal.
